Asking your Facebook Group members questions is a great way to increase engagement! Groups are very people-oriented pages, and you want your members to get the most out of their experience.
While the following prompts will give you some ideas, remember - your page needs to be authentic to you and your personal brand! Before you choose a prompt, ask yourself a few questions:
● How is this relevant to me?
● Would I respond to this prompt myself?
● Will this bring value and spark conversation on my page?
At the end of the day, group prompts should do two things: help your followers get to know you better, and help you get to know your clients more personally! Adding pictures from your personal life that relate to the story you’re telling is always a great idea.
**Keep in mind that the anecdotal information in each prompt paragraph should be edited to apply to you and your interests.**
Prompt Ideas for March
1. (Daylight Savings Time Begins — March 12th, 2023) It’s officially time to “Spring Forward” — remember to set your clocks one hour ahead!
While I love to “Fall Back” and get an extra hour of sleep when daylight savings ends, “Spring Forward” is always a little rough for me. I have an hour less to get everything done before I go to bed, and I have to get up an hour earlier than I’m used to!
But, even though it’s an adjustment, I do love having more hours of daylight…especially at night! What’s your take on Daylight Savings — do you prefer Spring Forward or Fall Back?
2. (St. Patrick’s Day — March 17th, 2023) Happy St. Patty’s Day — remember to wear something green today!
Even though most people don’t get this holiday off from work or school, I still look forward to celebrating St. Patrick’s Day every year.
There are so many fun activities to do, from parades and happy hours at local restaurants to helping your kids or grandkids craft an impressively-advanced leprechaun trap!
In the spirit of St. Patty’s Day, drop a photo of your green outfit in the comments section and let me know how you’ll be celebrating!
3. (First Day of Spring — March 20th, 2023) Spring has finally sprung — happy First Day of Spring!
After a long winter, I’m so glad this day is finally here. I can’t wait to start all my favorite spring activities, like gardening, hiking, and of course, planning my annual summer vacation!
Now that Spring is officially here, let’s really get into the spirit — what are you most excited to do this Spring?
4. (National Puppy Day — March 23, 2023) Our furry friends are an extension of our families. They cheer us up on bad days, encourage us to get outside and stay active, and act as a live alarm clock in the morning!
To celebrate National Puppy Day today, here are some of my favorite photos of my cutest family member. Now, let’s see yours!
5. As soon as Spring comes around each year, I start hearing all about my younger family members’ plans for Spring Break!
Whenever I hear people talk about Spring Break, I start reminiscing about the trips I’ve taken in the past. Did you go away for Spring Break when you were younger? If so, what was your favorite trip?
6. The weather’s starting to warm up, and I’ve been thinking of new ways to wear my favorite cabi dresses!
One dress that definitely has a place in my Spring wardrobe is the new Flip dress — not only can you turn it inside out for a new pattern, but you can also turn it around to switch up the neckline!
What’s your favorite way to wear the Flip dress?
7. One piece my clients have been loving this season is the Hobnob topper.
This daffodil-colored jacket is the perfect color for Spring and looks great paired with white jeans. But, I’ve also seen people wear it as a “dress” with black leggings underneath!
What’s your take on the Hobnob topper? How do you like to wear it — as a jacket or a dress?
8. When March comes around each year, I always expect an instant warm-up. But unfortunately, Spring usually doesn’t come around as quickly as I want it to!
While some parts of the country are seeing temperatures rise to the 60s and 70s, others are still experiencing cold, snowy weather.
How’s the weather around you? Is it starting to warm up or do you still need to bundle up before you leave the house?
9. With all the craziness of everyday life, it’s hard to find new music to listen to!
I have my all-time favorites, and every now and then I hear a good song on the radio while I’m running my afternoon errands. But, I’m always looking for more!
What’s your favorite song of the moment? Any new artists you’ve been listening to?
10. Spring is here, which means it’s officially dress and skirt season!
Even though it’s still a little chilly, I’ve been eyeing all the spring dresses and skirts I’ll wear when the weather warms up a bit more.
Two cabi pieces I’m particularly excited to try out are the X-Factor dress and the Coco skirt — which cabi dresses or skirts are you ready to rock this Spring?!
